Fixed Price Repairs

We offer a fixed price repair service on barcode scanners, barcode printers and mobile computers to customers who do not have a maintenance contract in place. We will estimate the cost of the repair for free and return the units to the customer free of charge if they decide not to proceed with the repair. All repairs are provided with a warranty. Standard turnaround times for Fixed Price Repairs are 14 days from receipt of order.

Maintenance Contracts

IMEC offer maintenance contracts to suit a customers needs, this can be based on specific turnaround times and can include replacement devices. IMEC can also prepare / configure the equipment to the customers requirements, so that when the units are received by the customers' operations staff they can be put into operation straight away without the need to involve IT staff. We offer maintenance contracts on all major brands of barcode scanners, barcode printers, mobile printers and mobile computers, including Zebra, Honeywell, Intermec, Motorola and Datamax O'Neil.

On Site Services

IMEC provide onsite services to customers to maintain and repair their equipment. This includes the provision of Preventative Maintenance visits under a maintenance contracts. IMEC will also provide customers with once off site visits to maintain, repair and setup the customers equipment providing all the necessary spare parts. As part of onsite visits IMEC can also train the customers staff in the maintenance, care and configuration of their equipment.
